AmeriQuest Promotes Mark Joyce to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

CHERRY HILL, NJ, May 20, 2008 – AmeriQuest Transportation Services, Inc. announced today that Mark Joyce has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He had previously been the company CFO.

“I’m excited to be taking on this new role in the organization,” said Joyce. “This opportunity will allow me to be more focused on the long-term, strategic direction of the company. My role will be to help develop strategies that will continue to separate AmeriQuest from other companies in the transportation industry.”

Mr. Joyce began his career in the transportation industry when he joined NationaLease Purchasing Corporation in 2001 as Corporate Controller. He was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2002 and to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2004. On December 1, 2006, as a result of the merger of AmeriQuest and NationaLease, Mr. Joyce was named Chief Financial Officer of AmeriQuest. Mr. Joyce also serves as the Corporate Treasurer and Secretary of AmeriQuest.

Prior to joining NationaLease, Mr. Joyce worked with the Goeken Group Corporation as Corporate Controller from 1999 to 2001 and McGladrey & Pullen, LLP as Manager and Internal Control Specialist from 1992 to 1999.

Mr. Joyce received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.

He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the States of Illinois and New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Illinois CPA Society, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the Executive’s Club of Chicago. Mr. Joyce serves on the Scholarship Award Committee of the Illinois CPA Society and on the Board of Directors of Hearts for Hope at Advocate Hope Children’s Hospital.
