Cancellation Policy: The Ritz-Carlton requires 3 days notice of any room cancellations. If you do not cancel your reservation by then, you will be charged for one night. In order to receive our special room rate, reservations must be made by the attendee using a personal/corporate credit card. AmeriQuest will not be responsible for making or cancellation of hotel room reservations.
Reservations must be made on your own by calling The Ritz-Carlton Orlando directly. When making your reservation, please be sure to mention that you are an AmeriQuest Transportation Industry Symposium attendee to receive our special room rate of $239 plus tax and incidentals.
